Bio: Michael P. Zagaris is president and CEO of family owned PMZ Real Estate. Headquartered in Modesto, California, PMZ Real Estate is the largest provider of real estate services in the region. Zagaris is chairman of Scenic Oaks Funding. Scenic Oaks is a family owned mortgage company. He also serves as chairman of Assay Technology, a leading developer of disposable analytical tests used to monitor indoor air quality and DirectLine Technologies, a provider of telemarketing services for colleges, universities and non-profit groups. He is co-founder and co-owner of CentralValleyJobs.com, the leading on-line jobs site serving the region. Zagaris received a B.A. degree is Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. He is the author of the highly regarded book “Strategies of Highly Successful Real Estate Agents”.
