F.C. Tucker Company President of Residential Real Estate Services Appointed to Serve on the Indiana Real Estate Commission

Donna Kreps, F.C. Tucker Company’s President of Residential Real Estate Services, has been appointed to serve on the Indiana Real Estate Commission by Indiana Governor Mike Braun. Kreps will serve a four-year term, from Jan. 1, 2026, through Dec. 31, 2029.

As one of a 12-member Board of Commissioners, Kreps will be responsible for issuing licenses to real estate agents throughout the state, ensuring ethical practices, and disciplining offenders – protecting Indiana residents in all residential real estate transactions.
 
Kreps is the most recent F.C. Tucker Company leader to be appointed to the Indiana Real Estate Commission. CEO and Chairman of the Board, Jim Litten served as a Commissioner from 1991 until 2024. John Briscoe of F.C. Tucker Emge in Evansville, Charlie Shook of the Lafayette F.C. Tucker office, and Brian Thompson of F.C. Tucker/Bloomington also currently serve as Commissioners.
