Leesa Harper-Rispoli was born on June 10th, 1963 to D’Ann Harper (Born D’Ann Taylor April 21, 1941 - Present) and Dr. Herbert Harper Jr. (Born December 8th, 1932 - July 31, 2007). Having lived here all her life, Leesa enjoyed growing up on the family ranch raising cattle and riding horses. Prior to her time at Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS®, Leesa achieved extensive training and education. In 1981, Leesa graduated from Incarnate Word High School and in 1984 from Incarnate Word College with a Bachelors in Accounting. In 1991, she earned a Master’s in Education from Our Lady of the Lake University. She began her career teaching with the North East Independent School District in 1989 at Lee High School. There she spent five years as a special education teacher. During that time, she continued her education by attending Texas A&M University in Kingsville thru 1992, where she graduated with her second Master’s Degree in Education Administration. In 1994, Leesa was the Special Education Coordinator at Jackson Middle School. Then, in 2001, she was promoted to Academic Dean. She spent another 3 years as Academic Dean for North East Independent School District. Despite a very successful career in education, Leesa decided to follow her heart and join her mother, helping to run the family real estate business of Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® in 2006. Early on, she held the position of Executive Vice President of Property Management Services, managing a staff of 23 and overseeing of management portfolio of over 1,200 single family homes. In 2010, she received her broker license and continued to build the Property Management division of the company. In January 2016, Leesa was among the first graduating class of the Ascend Executive Leadership Program. This program is available exclusively to Realogy brand-affiliated brokerage owners who are in the process of grooming a successor to lead their company into the future. On the heels of her graduation, D’Ann Harper announced Leesa’s promotion to the position of President, Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® in April of 2016. D’Ann said of the promotion, “In this new role, Leesa will become one more person I have tasked to carry out my vision to continue to be the leader in our marketplace. Additionally, she will be charged with the responsibility of acquisitions for both the residential and property management divisions. As a 2nd generation Harper, who else could be more suited to ensure that my vision continues – to improve on our principles of Innovation, Trust, and Partnership.” Leesa is married to Nick Rispoli and is the mother of 2 daughters, Ashlee Paige Arnn and Marlee Brook Allen. She is also a proud grandmother to Lee’Ann.
