Allen Tate Names Matt Good as Regional Vice President for Triangle Region

Allen Tate Realtors® (www.allentate.com), the Carolinas’ leading real estate company, has named Matt Good as regional vice president for the Triangle region of North Carolina.

In his new role, Good will be responsible for growing the Allen Tate presence and market share in the Triangle region. He will oversee eight offices and will be based in the Allen Tate Raleigh-Glenwood office.
 
A creative and results-driven professional, Good earned his real estate license in 1996 and brings more than two decades of leadership, sales and management expertise to Allen Tate. In addition to owning and operating his own real estate firm, he has held key leadership positions with the largest real estate brokerage in the U.S. He has also served as president of a manufacturing and distribution firm in Minnesota.
 
Good is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School CEO Series Leadership program. He is a certified trainer through Integrity Coaching, and holds a Six Sigma certification.

Good succeeds Tony Jarrett, who has served as regional vice president for the Triangle region since 2021. Jarrett will continue to serve as regional vice president for the company’s Triad and High Country regions, overseeing 11 offices.

Good has served as a board member and treasurer of Moveable Feast, whose mission is to provide nutritious foods and other services that preserve quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening conditions.
 
A native of Minneapolis, MN and Tampa, FL, Good and his wife Paige make their home in Wake Forest. They have two sons, Mac and Hanson. He is a single-engine commercial pilot and multi-engine instrument-rated private pilot. He also enjoys golf and outdoor activities.
