NP Dodge Real Estate, NP Dodge Company and NAI NP Dodge held a ribbon-cutting to unveil its newest multilevel residential sales office, 86Dodge. As the longest-running real estate company in the United States and the largest in the metro area, NP Dodge Real Estate welcomed the community to attend the ribbon-cutting to tour available commercial spaces and meet the real estate team members and leadership.
Over 150 guests were in attendance for the ribbon-cutting ceremony where speakers Mayor Jean Stothert, President of NP Dodge Company Nate Dodge and President of NP Dodge Real Estate Jill Anderson addressed the community. The celebration concluded with a champagne toast, cupcakes and tours of the 86Dodge office space which is home to over 90 professional and experienced REALTORS ® and some of the city’s top real estate producers.
NP Dodge worked closely with Stanley J. How Architects to preserve the architectural and engineering significance of the 60-year-old midcentury modern Omaha building. The building features upgrades including a new glass facade to promote energy conservation, a mechanical DRF system and an updated HVAC system to provide clarified individual airflow to each office.
