Thank you for your interest in The Realty Alliance. The Realty Alliance is a for-profit Delaware corporation formed in 1997. Membership into The Realty Alliance is by "invitation only" subject to certain guidelines concerning productivity. Those guidelines are as follows:

  • The prospective Member Company must have closed a minimum of $500 Million in residential real estate sales volume for the previous calendar year.
  • The prospective Member Company must have completed a minimum of 5,000 transaction sides of residential real estate for the previous calendar year.
